 Will of Nathan Carroll, Sr.

"I Nathan Caroll Sen. do make this My Last Will and testament.
1st. I will and devise To My Beloved Wife Mary Caroll all of my

farm where I now reside during her natural life and after the
death of my said wife I then will and devise said farm to be divided as follows, vis. Item 2. I will and devise
Caroll forty acres of said
off the south side of sa
the land of Elijah Layn-        (This part has been cut out of original will.)
3. I will and devise to
forty acres of said far-
the land devised to my
4th. I will and devise to my daughter Malinda Johnston eighteen
acres to be taken from said farm and so run so as to include the
Barn and stable it is intended that Said Eighteen shall include
all buildings where I live.
Item 5th. I will and devise the Remaining forty acres to Moses
Caroll Said Moses Carolls land to Be take from the north Side.
6. I will and devise all my personal Estate to my Beloved wife
to be Disposed of as she thinks Best Selling Enough to pay all my
debts and funeral Expenses.
Item 7. I do hereby revoke all other wills that I may have made.
